I, too, fully support your effort to make Netflix accessible. On a related note, I didn’t know up until recently that iTunes actually had audio-described content. I saw something on AppleVis about it, but I’ve not yet checked it out. That’s awesome though that Apple has done this. I haven’t yet done much in iTunes other than listen to music and import some CD’s, but I can’t wait to check out the audio description they have made available.

I support your efforts completely. I suggest you file a formal complaint with the Federal Dept. Of Justice ADA enforcement unit. It’s free. You can do so by email. You can locate the email address on line. Make sure to send a copy to Netflix. It’s amazing how just receiving a copy of a complaint to the Feds can change corporate behavior.
